What is established

One building contains two duplex residences: Residence 01 occupies Level 1 and the rear of Level 2; Residence 02 occupies the front of Level 2, Level 3 and the roof. Separate layouts, room adjacencies, circulation and roof access are traced from the supplied drawings. The model uses feet for dimensions and metres internally. Residence areas on the website remain the published marketing figures.
